The challenge
FleetOps ran bookings, driver schedules and maintenance across a dozen shared spreadsheets. Double bookings were common and nobody had a single view of the fleet.
What we did
After a two-week discovery phase we built a web platform around their real workflows:
- A live fleet overview with vehicle status and utilisation
- Drag-and-drop booking calendar with clash detection
- Maintenance reminders and driver document tracking
- Role-based access for office staff, managers and drivers
The result
Admin time dropped by around twelve hours a week, double bookings stopped, and the team finally has one source of truth.
